For example, start your meal with vegetables, eat proteins and fats next, and end your meal with carbohydrates. 
  • Hydrate – Dehydration can make your brain feel sluggish. Try to drink about half your body weight in ounces of water each day. So if you weigh 160 pounds, aim for around 80 ounces.
  • Move your body – Even 20 minutes of walking a day improves oxygen flow to the brain.
